  C:  Wear of the former commutating bevel gear is quick ,noise is big.When using gear commutating box ,it can reduce the replacement of parts ,use life is long and noise is low.

    2.Output:old folding machine can only produce about 500kg bobbin(400 pieces/min) a day (20 hours).New folding machine can only produce about 1200kg bobbin(900pieces/minute) a day(20 hours)

    3.Energy consumption:The power of old folding machine is 3.6 kw and the power of new folding machine is 4.3 kw.New folding machine power reduces bigger energy consumption in comparision with old folding machine.
